RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY (FOR PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS)

The products offered for sale on our website are produced on a **made-to-order and personalized basis** in accordance with the buyer’s requests.

1. NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
   Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Article 15/1-ç of the Distance Contracts Regulation, **there is no right of withdrawal for personalized products**.

Accordingly:

* Returns
* Exchanges
* Order cancellations

**are not accepted.**

2. ORDERS IN PRODUCTION
   Once payment and order confirmation are completed, the product is taken into production.
   **No changes or cancellations** can be requested for orders that have entered production.

3. DESIGN AND CONTENT RESPONSIBILITY
   The accuracy of all information approved by the buyer during the order process, including:

* Text
* Measurements
* Colors
* Logos
* Images
* Designs

is the responsibility of the buyer.
Errors related to approved content **do not constitute grounds for return or exchange**.

4. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT EXCEPTION
   If the product contains an obvious defect attributable to the seller (such as breakage, incorrect product, or manufacturing defect), it will be evaluated provided that the buyer notifies us **within a reasonable time after delivery**.

In such cases, after review:

may be provided.

5. COLOR AND VISUAL DIFFERENCES
   Minor tone differences may occur between product images and the final product due to production techniques, materials, and screen settings.
   Such differences **are not considered defects**.

6. EFFECTIVE DATE
   This policy becomes effective as of the date it is published on the website.
   By placing an order, the buyer declares that they have read and accepted this policy.
